The rotted belfry roof deck sections of First Congregational Church were removed and new roof decking was then installed for belfry elevations and upper water tables of the steeple. To be sure that the deck area remained waterproof, we installed ice and water dams. For a maintenance free installation, we fabricated a new deck roof from new twenty ounce flat seam roofing panels, as seen in the above photo. New soffit and fascia along with custom moldings had been installed and recieved fresh finish coats of top grade paint.
